You can follow the shipment, download your invoice, and request a return/exchange within 30 days from delivery.
Returned products which do not comply with our return policy, including those from different orders, or those from other brands will not be refunded.
Customers may request the return of such products at their own expense and will be responsible for managing the return shipment.
Items will be held in our warehouse for a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt; after which time we reserve the right to dispose of the product, without the possibility of return.
